Application Process
We accept new vendors by application only. You can apply to be a full-time vendor for a spot at the market every week or a guest vendor for an occasional spot when we have availability.
Vendor applications are reviewed once a year in early spring. Market members (all full-time vendors) vote on these applications at our annual meeting before the season begins. Applicants will be notified of all decisions a few weeks before the first market.
We have a limited number of full-time spots and prioritize agricultural vendors to maintain our identity as a Farmers' Market. However, we also accept applications from food producers, artists, and craftspeople. All vendors must be based in Cheshire County or one of the neighboring counties.
If you are not offered a space as a full-time vendor, you may still be offered a guest vendor spot for the season.
